Walking by the Soho historical landmark Vesuvio Bakery, I did a double take looking in their window. The baker’s dozen were instead cleverly hand-painted Peter Fox shoes by designer Tracey Asai. The bakery is currently closed for renovations but donated the window for the shoe display supporting “Shoes That Inspire” Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. Tracey Asai chose a variety of confectionery themes and you can win a pair in the upcoming raffle.
