THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION: NOVEMBER 2008
Nonfarm payroll employment fell sharply (-533,000) in November, and the unemployment rate rose from 6.5 to 6.7 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor reported today. November’sdrop in payroll employment followed declines of 403,000 in September and 320,000 in October, as revised.  Job losses were large and wide spread across the major industry sectors in November.

As a growing number of dedicated qualified employees are losing their jobs, and well-established hard working entrepreneurs are losing their business, it is time to redefine unemployment status and code of behavior.

Since an end was forced upon you, start something new. You are guaranteed a new beginning. Celebrate a new birth.

Celebrate your strength.
Step into center stage and take the lead. Make yourself present, be proud be active take charge. Use this energy to be creative.
