It was ‘Endless Love‘ at Hope & Anchor last Saturday night. The Red Hook American eatery serves up amazing twists on diner classics and entertains with one of their 3 karaoke nights. Hosted by the charming Dropsy, she displays her vocal styling prowess while keeping the evening moving along with the myriad of Brooklyn local ‘American Idols’. You may even have your waiter/actor break out a ballad in-between serving up the drinks and incredible homemade desserts, while Joe, Hope & Anchor’s impresario/owner keeps the show on a high note with his duets with Dropsy.
