Seasick Mama, the artist collective directed by Maria Maher, wants to give back to the artist community for all its support. SM is offering a $500 grant to the most-deserving artist. The application is easy and simple, but it is also accompanied with other surprises: one of which is a limited edition apparel collection that is sold online. For the remainder of the applicants, they also leave the party with a goody bag. The application also serves as an inconspicuous art submission. Endless artists apply with spectacular talent that is worth mentioning. In result, Seasick Mama is going to offer ten of the top applicants space in their artist zine, which is published quarterly.
