Looking for a quick costume fix for Artlog’s Halloween Art Crawl in Brooklyn’s Dumbo gallery district last night, Chris suggested Igor Kopelnitsky’s Play Date with the Devil. Grabbing our devil tees and a pit stop at NYC’s Ricky’s for horns we were ready.
Stacy and I were feeling devilish on the art tour through the vacant streets under the Manhattan Bridge. D.U.M.B.O. Arts Center (DAC) fantastical paper forest installation, ironically entitled THE EXPERIENCE OF GREEN by Wade Kavanaugh and Stephen B. Nguyen provided the perfect backdrop. The labyrinth of fiery red kraft paper inspired an impromptu fashion shoot for a Halloween’s eve.
