Reading my emails today, the announcement from Mixed Greens gallery here in Chelsea about their opening for painter Howard Fonda brightened my morning. Fonda’s lively gestural strokes made me hopeful for spring especially getting ready to brave the 26°F but feels like 14°F in NYC!
