Surface Design Presentation & Discussion led by Maura Jurgrau, Assistant Professor of Fashion at Parsons The New School for Design
In our inaugural Meetup we will explore techniques for utilizing Adobe Photoshop software as a design tool for creating surface designs. Explore different methods for manipulating images to create unique patterns that can be applied to any surface.
Please bring a laptop with Photoshop or similar pixel app to apply the process or you can follow along with the demo on screen. We will have access to wireless too. After the practice we will have time for a Q & A!
Our session will meet at West Village’s The Center in room 410, Saturday May 28 from 1-4pm.
